I have met a lot of people on flights across the country. People have interesting stories. I tell a joke about the time I sat next to the cutest kid. He wanted me to color with him, so we colored. He wanted me to read with him so we read his little books. He wanted to see outside but I was by the window so he came and sat on my lap… He was the cutest seventeen year old ever! Ba dum sccchhh! Thank you, i’ll be here all night folks. That’s actually a true story up until the 17 year old part. I’m pretty sure he was 5. Flight after flight I see people talking and making friends. Sometimes you see the man and woman who really hit it off in the 2 hours to Denver and now the rest of us have to watch the awkward, “Do we exchange numbers or just walk away” conversation as we try to exit the plane. It got me thinking… do those ever work out? I’m curious, has anyone ever met someone on a flight that they actually ended up dating for a while or even married? I’m not talking about a quick hook up in some random city with the random guy from seat 22c. Or the fun lay over with the flight attendant in Atlanta. I want to hear about a true love story!
